The function of the frame is to support and connect all parts of the hook lift bin, and bear various loads from inside and outside the box. Therefore, the static and dynamic characteristic of the frame is the basis of its structural design, improvement and optimization, and is one of the key factors to ensure the excellent performance of the box. We have carried on the finite element static analysis to the frame structure, thus checked the frame strength and the rigidity. Through the continuous optimization of the analysis data, the strength and rigidity of the frame have fully met the requirements of the Japanese market.
